So besides the additional features, when subscribing or purchasing a PE you get personalized official support directly from the Feng Office team. Whenever you have a concern or a problem, you will be guaranteed a prompt response. Community Edition users do not count with these guarantees.
Professional Edition accompanying services include a warranty of resolution of any software "bugs" preventing the correct function of the system.
If hosting the system on your own premises is an organization policy or law requisite, Feng OnSite licenses you to install Feng Office Professional Edition on your own-selected servers. Feng OnSite ensures immediate support on any issue, access to the Feng Office development team, new features and versions, advice to get the most out of Feng Office, and recommendations to avoid common issues.
Support subscriptions also grant important discounts on custom configurations and developments, consultancy and training sessions from our Official Team, plus the fact that we will prioritize your suggestions for system improvements.
If you prefer having your Feng Office installation on the cloud we offer the Feng Sky service. Feng Sky provides hosting on Feng Office specialized servers, where we manage the security, server updates and maintenance, and make daily backups of all your data in data centers in Europe and the USA.
